We are recruiting for a Administrative Assistant, for our client, a company in business for almost 100 years in San Antonio. This position is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with a mix of skills that will be utilized daily, in a fast-paced environment The location is based in the North Central part of San Antonio, but could be called on to train or work, periodically at a downtown location, as well.
Duties to include:

Basic photo editing in proprietary software, as well as PhotoShop

Desktop publishing in specialized software and in MS Publisher

Copy writing
-
Proofreading
-
General Office (Fax/File/Copy/Scan)

Multi-line phone reception

Customer Service
-
Accurate Data Entry
The successful candidate, for this role, will work between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday- Friday, with weekends (rotating) and holidays mandatory. Training schedule to be determined, initially.
This is a Business Professional environment (business suit, white shirt/blouse, closed-toe shoes, ties for men, etc.).

Requirements:

High School education

3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) proficiency

MS Publisher (or similar) software proficiency

General Office Skills (fax/file/copy/scan/data entry/phones)

Reliable transportation
Pay range: $14-$16 hourly, DOE
